Whats the biggest knife I can carry when backpacking/camping in washington state?
Okay washington state does not limit blade length but some counties do, like seattle, to 3.5 inches..
I am getting geared up for a hiking trip and just bought a fixed blade remington knife, its 10.5 inches with a 5 and 3/8 blade.. Am i going to get in trouble for carrying this while camping/backpacking in state parks, ect????
You can carry a katana if you don’t do anything stupid. Think about the reasons you are using the knife and if they all have a valid reason you will be fine. The blade restrictions are for people that shouldn’t be carrying a knife in the first place.
