how old do u have to be to be a camp counselor????

i want to be a counselor this summer at some camp in washinton but im not sure if im old enough
im only 14 ill turn 15 this summer
can i be a counsler? what are my chances?
and if you can answer these it would be helpful…
would i get paid?
any camps near seattle washington that need counslers??

weelllll it depends on the camp. most are about 16 when u get paid but depending on what age the kids are that go there……u could maybe help but not get paid if ur 13
