camping activities ideas
Anybody know of any good summer camp activity?

I'm 15, and a "Play Zone Help for children 5-12 years this summer. We have about 6 sites, with 60 children each. In my place, tomorrow we have a staff meeting planning activities. I started today, and it was horrible, so we want more structure. Let me remind you, this is financed by the government. The camp fee is $ 20 for 6 weeks MF, 9-3. We have no budget. We have some sports equipment and basic art supplies. Anyone have any ideas of things we could do in the following categories. I've never been a father, and have no idea what enterntains children. Categories-Performing Arts-Music-Sports and Games – Thanks Art! The person with the most activities selected from the list of tomorrow's meeting of 10 points wins. THANKS! Ideas accepted. Kiddy just need something to take in the morning! Thank you.

German Spotlight – Play in complete darkness with a person on a hill or mound with a flash light. The rest are intended to try to sneak in the bush without being seen. The person with the focus has to say the name of the person who saw them out. Life-sized Monopoly – Use a roll of butcher paper for distribution as a giant box. You can use the Monopoly game pieces to go with him. Squirt is always fun shooting Sardinas – Front leather and go looking. One person hides and everyone tries to find that person. As is the person who quietly hide with them until everyone has finally found the underground horde. Lots of fun, especially in the dark. Treasure Hunt – Have a list of things or to make an issue of targets. Trade up – divided into groups and have each group start with something simple like a pencil. Then go to wherever they can and talk to people about what they trade for something bigger. The returning group with the largest item important, or perhaps earn more interest. Every age group loves Sculpey. It will cost some money, but it is reasonable and the clay seems to go a long way. Legos are perfect for entertain children. They can build for hours. It is likely that some people ask if they could pay some legos for some sessions. If you have any sports equipment such as balls, bats, cones, etc with different seasons of activity helps keep children interested in moving from station to station every 10-15 minutes. Also can create an obstacle course all that is around and time individually or in groups to complete the obstacle course.
