where can i shoot fish and camp in colorado springs?

im looking for a campsite within 90 minutes of colorado springs. i want to be able to shoot my shotguns and .22 rifles. NOT hunting, just targets. a lake near by where i can fish is preferred. just a safe place for a campfire and a couple of tents.
