camping dinner menu
please answers (im almost obese)?

I was going to ask you guys if id lose weight eating this BTW im 14 5’2 and weigh 147
breakfast: corn flakes
water

lunch: 2 whole bread with hummus spread
water

dinner: salad
water
for exercise im going to do biggest loser boot camp dvd 5 days week.
do you think ill lose weight? Can you also anything else i could add to my menu?
as you can see it pretty dull

first off
i have a similar question but lemme help u

no matter what, if your 14, you need friggen8-10 glasses of water A DAY!
3 glasses of milk, minimum 2, max 3

sooo
breakfast: cornflakes with 2% milk (serving #1 of milk)
have any fruit, 1 serving

before leaving for school, drink 2 full glasses of water

lunch: tuna sandwich no mayo, whole wheat bread, with lettuce, tomatoes, and any other veggies, as many as you want
uhh, any kind of fruit, and a glass of milk 2%(serving #2 of milk)
take a water bottle with you and fill it up 2-3 times after about half n hour of eating lunch

dinner: not salad alone, eat a) bread or rice or a medium size roti if you can :D (im pakistani haha, so my food is MUCH different at dinner time) what you can do is, eat hummus with roti, or that bread, and have a salad with low fat sauce if you want and low fat feta cheese if you want (feta cheese if low fat is delicious! the extra fatty one tastes like…ewww), and once more drink milk 2% (serving #3 of milk). After a little while have 3-4 glasses of water every once in a while

THEN

forget that boot camp crap,

these are the best things to do:

a) treadmill 200 calorie burn -30 minute orr 300 calorie burn -50 minute
along with 3 sets of 10 pushups and 3 sets of 20 situps

b) weight lifting but i dont advise this because this can stunt us teenagers growth!

c) p90x, torrent it, or, buy it, guarnteed abs in 2 months, guarnteed stuff in this!

im 170 pounds, 16, 5″6 tall D:, so fat! im gonna do this plan, and remember, DRINK MILK SO U DONT STUNT YOUR GROWTH! dieting can cause your growth to stop, so if you drink milk 3 times a day, it wont stop! :D

P.S you may eat fruits inbetween breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as many as you want, like oranges (very healthy), apples, bannanas (though not too many of these, they can make you fat if TOO many and too many=4 or 5)

AND NO SUGAR, NO CANDY, NO POP, though diet pop is allowed ( i confirmed with my dietician, he says diet pop doesnt add weight at all, its perfect if your a soda craver and cant live without it, diet pop will save you :D )
