Camping in Southern France or Spain?

Planning a camping holiday in August 2009. They will travel to Narbonne in the sleepers. 2 adults, 4 children. Any advice on whether France or Spain. Speak both languages equally well.

France has much more quiet and secluded campsites in Spain. My knowledge of Spanish campsite facilitites reason is that they are clean and good and easy to use. They can be a bit noisy (the tourists because UK). Camp Sites French are equally good, but it is much easier to find peace and quiet and generally bad behavior is not less than the tourists from the UK as their average age is higher and site owners are much less tolerant of bad behavior
