Disappointment in life is directly related to their expectations. When you want something, we hope to have, do or experience, and does a reality, feel disappointed, upset and / or disappointed. Why do people set for disappointment by creating mental expectations to some may be due to their in the control of others: parents, spouse, company or boss or friend?

It is often natural and / or normal to want to have something to Dona't. To wish accomplished something that has yet to achieve. To perform any task or enjoy a special status, recognition or power. It is not natural, however, to get everything you want in life. You can have almost anything you want one, "if they are willing to pay the price (both short and long term) for that. But canÂ't have everything you want! ItÂ's not just that kind of world.
Disappointment is part of life.

When you were young, if not allowed by their parents or carers to be disappointed, I guarantee that sooner or later, you will experience a real life wants to learn the experiences of all disappointment in some moment (and some people more often than others). No one is immune. You can not escape it, you can only learn to manage it.
From the disappointment is directly concerning its expectations, what can you do to ensure that you are disappointed less in your life? You can:

1. Balancing optimism with pessimism as you look at your expectations.

2. Accept the simple fact that wonÂ't get everything they want.

3. Learn to enjoy what you have and feel gratitude for having it.
