There is a great place in the Panhandle of Florida I have been a number of times that's impressive for a camping trip. His call Billy Jo Rish Park and is in a village called Cape San Blas / Port St. Joe. Situated on a peninsula that has long abyss on one side and a huge bay on the other. They have cabins on the top of the long walks. Im not sure how to handle individual camping trips, but definitely worth a look. Also here is a phone number from a different place in the same area.
