Lake of the Ozarks State Park is the largest state park in Missouri. Located just south of Osage Beach, State Park of 17,441 hectares and is full of fun and interesting things to do. If you are looking for a pure outdoor paradise while on vacation, Lake of the Ozarks State Park is one of the places to be visited.

The State Park offers 85 miles along the coast, including two public beaches. Along with the beaches there are two boat launching areas. Also in the Lake of the Ozarks State Park is a large airport with a runway, terminal building, taxiway, and the area of fuel. If you are looking to enjoy some activities outdoors can visit one of the walks or ride you can see the stables. In addition, children and young adults can enjoy the activities sponsored by four youth camps in the park.

Lake of the Ozarks water path is simply amazing. This path can be found along the lake shore. Originally designed for boaters who have stops to make the floats can be seen in the 14 highlights along the coast, visiting the area first hand or by looking through a guide that will tell you exactly where they stand are.

The outdoor amphitheater is available from May October. In the arena you can play movies and slide on the natural wonder of the Missouri state parks, located on Lake of the Ozarks and other areas Missouri. During these months, you could also go on guided tours or you can choose from a variety of programs available in the warmer months.

The Ozark Caverns are a great stop for visitors to Lake of the Ozarks who are looking to get out of the heat. Flashlights are used to allow visitors to discover the underworld of the Cave of Ozark. The Ozark Cave is home to Angel shower, a waterfall that falls from the roof to a similar dish, stone pile in the soil stone of the cave. The animals, which is rarely seen in the light are also one of the popular vision of the caverns.

If you are planning to go to the caves you may want to visit the Center for Ozark Caverns Visitor. This gives you the opportunity to learn more about the cave environment before jumping to experience what is below. If you are near the visitor center there are numerous trails that offer scenic points of interest and various natural images you do not want to miss.
