Grounds tent near Lake Ca Bay Area?

I AM A secondary school, and a lot of my friends and I go to a campsite. Beginning in San Francisco, I want a campsite on a drive of 6 hours. We want a lake you can swim and if possible take the boats out. That yes, toilets in The campsites are a necessity. Thanks, we just want to go some where beautiful, where there are plenty of activities to do (hiking, swimming ….) but we are not totally in the desert!

Folsom Lake, just east of Sacramento is a large lake, with many camping areas and is full of water. Just bring a lot of protective solar hot as it gets!
