What kind of things could I do in Rhode Island when I am camping at the beach?

We are going to be in Narragansett at the beach and there are limited things to do.

I live in rhode island and I have never seen anyone camp at the beaches. I don’t think it’s allowed since I’ve been kicked off the beach at 10pm. There is a camp ground called fisherman’s memorial that’s very close to the beach and only a few dollars a night. You should check that out. And in the summer there are lots of things to do in south county. You should google the umbrella factory in charlestown, ri and you should also check out newport and the mansions and the cliffwalks in jamestown.
