Where are the best areas for camping or around the Bellevue in Seattle WA?

Me and my friends who want the best place to camp for free and near the water.please help. Thank you

There are plenty of National Forest lands to the east in the Cascades. Just hop on I-90 and head to Snoqualmie Pass. Denny Creek, Middle Fork, and Tinkham camps are along the I-90. I've included a link to the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest below. It will not be free, but … but the cost is fairly minimal.
