Anybody know all the interesting sites in camping in VA or NC?

I'm going camping with some friends and the dog in VA or NC. I'm looking for some sites Camper interesting that my novice friends lol. Any suggestions?

Hmmm I've been in more than 2 / 3 of state parks in North Carolina, so I know best (usually in a tent camp, as well). For novice campers on the beach, I liked North Carolina Carolina Beach State Park, but I like parks quiet with a marina and trails: The NCM http://www.ncparks.gov/Visit/parks/cabe/main.php / Piedmont in NC I liked Hanging Rock State Park and Stone Mountain State Park (Stone Mountain is the Blue Ridge Parkway so if camping is full you can find a place in one of the camps Blue Ridge Parkway, another good choice). In Hanging Rock you can camp and swim, or raise the ship, or rock-climbing at Stone Mountain you can camp and walk or fish or rock climbing: Hanging Rock: http://www.ncparks.gov/Visit/parks/haro / main . php Stone http://www.ncparks.gov/Visit/parks/stmo/main.php Blue Ridge Parkway: http://www.nps.gov/blri/ If you like the beach I liked the first landing in a park state Virginia State Park, where I stayed in a cabin for once he had camping and swimming or hiking or biking or fishing, and if you could rent a boat in Virginia Beach http://www.dcr.virginia.gov/state_parks/fir. If you prefer the NCM shtml VA-I camped in the Shenandoah National Park as well and was very nice, but I went out of season – Not during the summer: All http://www.nps.gov/shen/ NC State parks: all state parks http://www.ncparks.gov/Visit/main.php VA: http:// www.dcr.virginia.gov / state_parks / state_park.shtml NC State Parks allow dogs always keep control on a leash in VA and I'd National-parks are probably the same but I have not checked in time …
