Need food ideas for a long weekend camping trip?

We go to a state park (before all about California!) And who has just discovered there are no stores nearby. We camp and have a refrigerator but do not have access to a continuous supply of ice. This is my challenge. We need ideas for 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 dinners and snacks. 5 people are going (2 adults and 3 children). The other thing you should know is that this country is prepared to take the meals must be eaten and not much more if it must be discarded because it can not be saved. Thanks so much!

I agree with canned goods .. also go to great sports shops and get some MREs … they have come a long way
