I’m planning on a cheap UK holiday in the Lake District, where can I go camping this year that’s great?

Yes people, I am really pushing the boat out this year. I love the Lake District and outdoor stuff. But where can I camp / walk / pony trek / cycle and see some wildlife? please. Oh, and get a decent pint of beer and a good meal at a pub.

The Lake District matey? You could try Pooley Bridge – Ulswater. I go up there lots, and it’s got some wicked scenery and everything you are asking about, take a look.
