HELP!! What are some good campgrounds in western nc?

I am going to be the camp director for my youth camp. There will be around 90 people at the camp total. We need a nice campground in western north carolina, preferably the mountains/foothills for some week between june 14th – august 1st of 2010. This camp has to be less than $5,000 for one week(monday to friday), with cabins if possible. It needs to have electricity and a eating pavilion/kitchen. Also some kind of water access and recreation would be appreciated. I would appreciate soooo much if any one could help me out! I have been calling camps for a while and none of them seem to work out for whatever reason. Thank You!!
