Planning an anniversary trip?

It’s going to be my 2nd anniversary at the end of the month and it’s my turn to plan it. I really wanted to do camping or a bed and breakfast, or a vineyard near a lake/river. Does anyone know any place that is romantic and inexpensive? I’m looking in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana or Michigan. Ideas?
