What does it mean? Nothing selling, even food sales are down 4%!?

Houses, cars, everything is not not being sold. People are buying cheaper groceries and holding on to every red cent. Guess that indicates the mood in the nation, you think? Hell, they are offering 2-fer-1 sales on autos in my neck of the woods and nobody is buying. Lock and load. I bought a tent and a camp stove. Have most everything else needed for wilderness survival. Just waiting for the word.

And it will only get worse.
