Where can I find a place / gymnasium with hypoxia (high altitude training in Chicago (Chicago) area?

Im To be more specific in search of a gym that has an altitude room or a person willing to rent / share your hypobaric tent. I compete in combat sports and I am looking to include altitude training in my training camps.
