Good Camping Lunch Ideas

What are some good kosher lunches?
I am going to a Jewish camp and I need to pack kosher lunches. Do you have any ideas for what to bring? (I won’t have a microwave to heat stuff up, but I do have ice packs to keep things cold)
Peanut butter, tuna, sardines, or cheese all make a basis for good kosher lunches, with fresh veggies and fruits. For any packaged foods such as bread or cookies, look for a (K) or a (U) on the package, your guarantee that the contents are kosher.
When I was a camp counselor at a Jewish day camp, they designated some days as milk-days and some as juice-days, so that those parents who cared would know not to send meat-lunches on the milk-days. Pareve foods such as fish or hummus are suitable for both “milchik” days and “fleishik” days.
You can also ask the camp-directors what they recommend.
