Summer camps for teens photography .. please help?

I'm a girl I'm a young 16 years in high school should last camp 1 or two weeks in the summer of 2009 must be a residential camp of choice for digital photography with a combination of art and commercial photography fine or interior design (as a last resort) Absolute maximum is $ 700 per week would be good if a university should be both in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, or Michigan. I have hours spent online trying to find something, but I'm not looking too good at research. Thank you very much for all your help. I do not want to spend more than 2 weeks away from my family and friends, and I'm scared of flying so it must be in one of the states in the list. thanks.

try something that isn't a camp. sessions typically have little campus or go to the library and ask for relevant publications. good luck!
