Lunch Camping Recipes

What are some good meals ahead to make a camping trip?
My husband and I are taking our 4 children camping in the pop-up 3 weeks. We will have a microwave and propane stove top, and of course a campfire. I covered the breakfast but would like ideas to make before lunch and dinner that can be addressed or re-heat with little effort. I will be the preparation and cooking at home a day or 2 before we leave. My children are 2,4,5, and 7 months of age does not need food. All ideas, recipes, and links to websites is highly appreciated.
