My fear ridicule of bridges over water?

Come to Maryland (Assateague Island) to camp for two nights in September. My son will be almost 10 months old at the time, so this is your first trip to the beach and my first trip in at least five years. I've always been a little afraid of going through large bridges to shore. I am terrified of bridges will collapse and we all drown or get eaten by sharks. It's like an irrational fear, I understand that, but now my fear is much worse since my son will be long. How can I overcome this? Anything else similar experience? Thanks! Thanks guys, I'm def. to make an appointment for this anxiety, because it is the only thing 'irrational' fear of me!

One of the things you can do and it work really does is just over the bridge and see that it is well. Even if you close your eyes is not the one driving and taking a few breaths. And those fears are ridiculous. They are just one of the things that make us human.:).
