Help with rain stuff?

I am required to get rain gear for a camping trip this includes rain jacket/rain poncho and rain pants. where can i get these cheap (like under $25)? I would like it to be a store i can go to NOT like ebay or amazon or stores that are only available online. Oh and I live in San Jose, CA. THX!!!

Try a Wal-Mart, a Big Lots, or a Family Dollar Store… Any one of these SHOULD have what You need (And fear NOT; I don’t see ANY Rain in your Area until at LEAST October!).
