Road Trip of organized crime in Vancouver for vegans!?

Hi, leaving June 15 for Roadtrip two weeks of organized crime, stopping in Portland, Oregon, Seattle and Vancouver BC! We travel in groups and are looking for cheap motels, perhaps some pure parks or camping sites overnight, and some bomb vegan restaurants to stop at each area or on the road! We are not demanding, we love to travel, eat and party. Need for all the comments I can get! THANKS!
