Castle Country in Utah offers mountain peaks, canyons, parks and many playgrounds for outdoor enthusiasts of the dinosaurs. The site offers a year-round adventure and activities.

Castle Country is located in southern Utah, that offers varied landscapes, canyons and deserts. Visitors can enjoy the adventure and winter activities it offers.

San Rafael Swell is one of the undiscovered natural wonders of the Western Americas. It has about 2,000 square kilometers of the famous department mazes sandstone formations, canyons, desert landscapes and streams. It lies between the Castle Dale, Hanksville, Green River and the northern part of Capitol Reef National Park.

Located on the eastern side is the San Rafael Reef. One also found the suspension bridge on the San Rafael. It is the perfect place for vegetation and wildlife thriving. Goblin Valley State Park is popular for its large collection of rock formations in the form of sculptures and charming. This is a 3654 acres of land that have many geological wonders. Walking is recommended at the top of Temple Mount panoramic views. Visitors also can camp in the 21 unit.

If you like history and the arts, the castle of the country has many interesting museums. Exhibitions The College of Eastern Utah Prehistoric Museum houses archaeological and paleontological. It is the only Wasatch Front accredited museum, which is part of the collection of dinosaur skeletons. The Dino Discovery Zone is loved by children because of hands on activities they offer.
There is also Cleveland Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry. This is a natural landmark that became one of the leading global provider of dinosaur fossils. The Site offers guided tours and walks of dinosaurs in the area.

San Rafael Museum is worth visiting. The paleontology room shows many dinosaurs found along Country Hills Castle. You can learn about minerals, animals, Indian history and artifacts.

Dinosaur Diamond connects the most important dinosaur sites and National Scenic Byways.

There are also recreational areas in the Castle Country for the whole family. Visit the Huntington-Eccles National Scenic Byway. It is also called the bond energy due to the coal mines along the mountainous terrain. It is the fuel source of Electric Lake and Huntington Power Plant.

Visitors can see thousands of species of plants and do some winter sports here. Hiking can be done along the crystal clear streams, cut the ribbon or displaying high mountain trails and canyons.

Also try visiting the Valley of Joe Reservoir, Pond Potter and the price Recreation Area.
