Wisconsin Camping Lake Michigan

what’s a good site to find camping in michigan or wisconsin?

My family wants to go camping on a camp ground or in a cabin for 5. We want to stay by a lake for under $300 for the week. With less then a 10 hour drive.

The State of Michigan has modern and rustic mini-cabins and lodges. These may not all be available in the online reservation system.

Parts of Michigan are more than 10 hours drive, depending upon where you live. There are also two ferries across Lake Michigan that would save some time if you pick WI.

Try looking on these websites.

Do not forget that portions of Michigan and Wisconsin recently flooded, that may affect campgrounds.
